Standard Delivery
£3.99 (Free for orders over £55)
- Delivery within 1–5 working days across the UK mainland.
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
- Please allow extra time for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and Channel Islands.
- Excludes custom-made rugs and oversized items.
Custom Rug Orders
Each custom rug is carefully crafted to your specifications.
- Shipping costs for custom rugs are calculated separately and will be included in your quote before you confirm your order.
- Delivery time varies depending on design complexity and production schedule — typically 2–4 weeks from confirmation.
- Once your rug is ready, we’ll notify you with dispatch details and estimated delivery time.
International Orders
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom.

- Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.
